
Recently we have started taking on training projects whereupon we undertake the following.: -
- discussion on what soft keys and features will be on the telephone
- present a range of questions that cover all aspects of what will be trained and any preparation that will be required
- meeting with the on site team to ensure that all areas have been covered and to accommodate any changes
- present a breakdown of the course, both an overview and detailed account so that we can tailor it to meet the time requirements of each session
- feedback forms which are then put onto a spreadsheet
- any further requirements that are requested
